Porter

The Morgan Group is seeking a Porter to join their team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, including grounds, common areas, and parking lots. You will also assist with removal of furniture and debris, snow removal, and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Adhere to MORGAN's Maintenance and Emergency Procedures manuals along with the Team Member Handbook
• Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and free of debris
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner
• Inspect the property; pick up trash and debris, and reports all safety hazards or needed repairs to the Lead Maintenance
• Operate indoor floor scrubber machines when necessary
• Assist with removal of furniture, appliances and debris from vacated apartments to dumpster or storage
• Assist with snow removal operations, pond, fountain and/or pool cleaning and maintenance
• Pick up debris at dog parks and/or other pet areas using personal protective gear such as gloves
• Comply with all training requirements set forth for this position
