Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight years of general maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years in a team-oriented, multi-function setting
- Valid OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health card
- Demonstrated understanding of university building design standards (BDS) related to maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment
- Demonstrated understanding of the project process as managed by FOD Design and Construction (FDC)
- Successful completion of probationary period
