Job Description
Perform intermediate level tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff as well as ensuring safe and uninterrupted operations of mechanical and utility systems and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in building systems operations, commercial/industrial building maintenance, and/or HVAC and building automation systems
- EPA Section 608 Technician Certification- Universal
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health card
