Part time Residential Services Technician

The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Part-Time Residential Service Technician to join our team at the Bridge residential program. The position provides direct service in the residential transitional living setting and requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. The technician will provide personal support and supportive counseling to residents and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must become certified as Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) within 1 year of employment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Pass a criminal background, child protective service check & sex offender check
• Not on the state or federal suspension and disbarment list
• Pass CNA registry check
• Pass pre-employment physical and TB screen
• Good driving record
