Job Description
Luxury Senior Living Communities is looking for a Director of Maintenance for its Palace Renaissance & Royale Assisted Living & Catered Living Community. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex building automation systems and hands-on experience in a hotel, hospital, or hi-rise environment.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex building automation systems
- Knowledge/experience with Delta Controls - HVAC, Lighting and door access Controls
- Hands-on & supervisory experience in Hotel, Hospital or Hi-Rise
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Good planning & organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions, prioritize & solve problems
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Local, State & Federal regulations
- Knowledge of AHCA regulations preferred
