Job Description
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for all aspects of human resources activities, leading the development of the Human Resources Strategic and Organizational Plan and driving innovation through a performance and results-based culture. The role will require a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven individual with a strong focus on employee growth and development.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in increasingly senior positions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related field
- CHRP/CHRL designation would be considered an asset
Benefits
