The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership in all aspects of human resources within a non-profit charitable community-based organization. The role is critical in areas such as recruitment, training, compensation, compliance, and employee relations. The HR Manager will lead and oversee the strategic HR plan and support initiatives related to staff engagement, wellness, onboarding, training, employee health and safety, performance management, and records management.
