Millwork Project Coordinator

The Millwork Project Coordinator is accountable and responsible for reporting, maintaining, and expediting key areas of the project cycle. The role involves coordinating and organizing activities surrounding the project cycle, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely issue resolution. The Coordinator will partner with manufacturing and other functions to support critical aspects of project management.

Requirements

• Must have post-secondary education
• Experience in millwork and/or store fixture industry is required
• Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets utilizing MS Office programs
• Intermediate to expert level of MS Word and Excel
• Understanding of MRP fundamentals is preferred
• Highly organized and diligent with high level of initiative
• Ability to work independently while multi-tasking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented and excellent customer service and satisfaction
