Millwork Project Coordinator

The Millwork Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and organizing activities surrounding the project cycle, monitoring each project from order entry to completion, and ensuring timely reactions to identified issues. The role requires partnering with all functions, especially manufacturing, to organize and support critical aspects to meet customer delivery. The coordinator will support the Project Management team through various tasks, including capturing sales orders, participating in production meetings, and maintaining project information through Vantage.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education
• Experience in millwork and/or store fixture industry
• Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets using MS Office programs
• Intermediate to expert level of MS Word and Excel
• Understanding of MRP fundamentals
• Highly organized and diligent with a high level of initiative
• Ability to work independently while multi-tasking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented and excellent customer service and satisfaction
