
Job description
The Case Worker role is part of the Doorways team in Albany Corp, supporting people experiencing financial hardship, housing stress, social exclusion, and other complex challenges. The role provides holistic case work support, intake and assessment, developing case plans, and connecting people with emergency relief and other community services.
Provide holistic case work support, develop individual case plans, offer early intervention responses, support clients to access emergency relief and other community services, work alongside volunteers, maintain accurate client records, and promote a safe environment.
This role is suitable for someone motivated by purpose and wanting to make a meaningful difference in a regional community. The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualification or substantial experience in a similar role, experience in case management and client advocacy, and a commitment to person-centred, inclusive, and culturally safe practice.
