Job Description
We are looking for a Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants in a welcoming environment, assisting with daily activities and case plans, and working alongside participants in their recovery journey. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing a safe, structured, and participant-led environment aligned with TSA's model of care.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma relevant to the role
- Previous experience in the community services sector and/or on-the-job training
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current driver's licence
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
