Job Description
Performs routine repairs and maintenance work for buildings and grounds including minor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as well as routine maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two to three years experience performing maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds
- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively
- Ability to exert the physical energy required to performing housekeeping and minor maintenance work
- Ability to drive a vehicle safely to perform assigned tasks
