Job Description
The Facilities Technician at Scion is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, performing preventative maintenance tasks, preparing apartments for turnovers, and ensuring customer service. This role involves a combination of physical work and customer interaction, requiring a solution-oriented professional in a fast-paced environment. Safety and functionality of the property's buildings and equipment are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school/GED
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intention to obtain
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel when required
- Ability to work 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
