Job Description
The Porter provides customer-centric focus to the care and maintenance of the outdoor features of a residential property. The Porter is responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of common area facilities, including the pool and spa, club room, public rest rooms, laundry rooms, parking areas, and exterior building lights.
Requirements
- High School/GED or Trade School diploma
- One year of experience in lawn/grounds maintenance
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
- Valid driver's license
