Job Description
The Porter provides customer-centric focus to the care and maintenance of outdoor features of a residential property, including landscaping, lawn care, and trash removal. They are responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of common area facilities, assisting with general maintenance needs of the property, and providing professional services for residents.
Requirements
- High School/GED or Trade School diploma
- One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
