Porter, Full-Time

The Porter provides a customer-centric focus to the care and maintenance of the outdoor features of a residential property, including landscaping, lawn care, snow and ice removal, and trash removal. The Porter is responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of common area facilities and may assist with general maintenance needs of the property.

Requirements

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma
• One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
• Valid driver's license
