Porter, Full-Time

The Porter provides customer-centric care and maintenance of outdoor features, including landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal. They are also responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of common area facilities. The role involves physically demanding work and requires a customer-centric attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma
• One year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
• Valid driver's license
