Porter

We're hiring a Porter to provide customer-centric focus to the care and maintenance of the outdoor features of a residential property. Responsibilities include landscaping, lawn care, snow and ice removal, and trash removal, as well as general cleanliness and upkeep of common area facilities.

Requirements

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma
• One year of full-time experience in some aspect of lawn/grounds maintenance
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
• Valid driver's license
