We are looking for an Aircraft Scheduler with some Flight Attendant responsibility who will join our Flight Department team in Columbus, Ohio. The Aircraft Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling, coordination, and management of private air travel itineraries for passengers, as well as the aviation team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aircraft scheduling, private aircraft (Part 91) preferred
- Experience utilizing MySky software preferred
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and flight time limitations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- FACTS, Flight Safety or equivalent FAA certified training program preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
- Knowledgeable with safe food handling procedures
- First Aid training required to respond to in-flight medical situations
- Certified to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and in the usage of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Proficient with all aircraft emergency equipment and knowledge of emergency procedures
- Strong culinary/fine dining experience preferred
- Flexibility to work a varied and changing work schedule requiring occasional weekend and holiday workdays
