Job Description
As Head Chef, you are fully responsible for the kitchen at Noa, combining refined Japanese techniques with the pace and energy of a high-end evening concept. This is not a traditional restaurant position, but rather gastronomy within a dynamic night-driven concept.
Requirements
- Full responsibility for quality, presentation and consistency of the menu
- Leading, training and inspiring the kitchen team
- Establishing kitchen processes for both dinner and late-night service
- Contributing to menu development and seasonal adjustments
- Cost control, purchasing and supplier management
- Close collaboration with operations and bar to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Ensuring HACCP compliance and operational standards
