As Head Chef, you are the driving force behind the kitchen, leading your team to create exceptional dishes that reflect your passion and craftsmanship. The Seafood Bar offers the space to achieve your ambitions with plenty of opportunities for growth within a dynamic and enthusiastic team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a kitchen management position
- Available to work 40 hours a week
- Will to work both weekdays and weekends
- Speak and write Dutch or English
- Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Passion for seafood and knowledge of this product
- Stress-resistant and a team player
- Strong communication skills
- Living in Amsterdam or the surrounding area
