Requirements
- Creatively present shellfish and seafood dishes
- Expertly fillet and prepare perfectly cooked fish
- Assist with preparations (mise en place)
- Run your section during service
- Help with kitchen cleanup after service
- Work within an enthusiastic team that strives for a unique guest experience every day
- Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Passion for seafood; knowledge of it is a plus

- Full-time salary between €2400 and €2600 per month, excl.
