Job Description
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at The Seafood Bar in Amsterdam. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen, leading a team, and ensuring quality and cost management. You will have opportunities for growth and development, and will be part of a fun and enthusiastic team.
Requirements
- Experience in managing a kitchen and leading a team
- Availability for 40 hours a week, including weekdays and weekends
- Fluent Dutch or English language skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Passion for seafood and deep knowledge of it
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Eye for detail and sense of responsibility
