Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or a similar hospitality role
- Confidence, warmth, and strong people skills
- Ability to solve problems in the moment and bring a calm presence during busy moments
- Ability to guide others and lift the team
- Fluency in English; more languages are a plus
