Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or similar hospitality role
- Confidence, warmth, and strong people skills
- Quick problem-solving and calm presence during busy moments
- Ability to guide others and lift the team
- Fluency in English and Dutch; more languages a plus
