The National Sales Consultant, Finals & Deal Strategy-Retirement Plans supports the retirement plan sales organization by executing finalist meeting preparation, deal specific strategy development, deal team coaching, high-quality web-based technology demonstrations, and other established best practices for opportunities in the $10M+ market segment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of industry sales experience, including finalist delivery.
- Strong understanding of defined contribution products and competition.
- Proven expertise in finalist execution and technology demonstrations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Geographic flexibility with preference for Central or West Coast location.
- Required securities and insurance licensing within 90 days of hire.
