Job Description
We're seeking a Sales Representative for our Employee Benefits team in central NY, western NY, and the capital region. The role requires experience selling employee benefits, established broker relationships, and ability to travel 2-3 days per week. We offer a competitive salary range of $250k+ and a rich benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling employee benefits
- Established broker network within the territory
- Must be located in the territory
- Must be able to travel 2-3 days per week within the territory
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Life & health license required
