Memory Care Director (Full Time)

We are seeking a Memory Care Director to join our team at The Summit Senior Living in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a conductor of culture, talent trainer, program pioneer, and curator of care, you will ensure the highest practicable level of physical, social, and psychological wellbeing for residents living with dementia diagnoses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree
• Minimum of two years' experience in dementia care or related field
• Leadership experience as a Director in a specialized dementia program
• Computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Criminal clearance
