The Trade Desk is seeking a Business Development Director to lead and develop relationships with strategic agencies & clients in Switzerland. The role requires a commercially driven sales expert with a proven track record in digital advertising outbound sales, strong quantitative skills, and effective communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven record of accomplishment in digital advertising outbound sales
- Agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up
- Experience working with local blue chip companies and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in a sales role working with advertisers and agencies
- Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers in Switzerland
- Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiation’s ability, able to lead commercial negotiations for large global accounts
- A capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises
- Effective communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level clients
- Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins
- Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations
