Requirements
- Proven track record in business development and local/outbound sales within the Korean advertising ecosystem
- Deep knowledge of the local media landscape, agency structures, and cultural nuances
- Strong negotiation experience, including leading complex commercial deals with regional and global accounts
- Effective communicator with strong executive presence, able to confidently engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English, enabling effective communication across global and local teams
