As a Sr. Industrial Electrician, you will perform various tasks related to the layout and installation of industrial electrical systems, work under the supervision of a Project Manager or Industrial Supervisor, and be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of six years' experience in the electrical or building automations trade
- Completion of a state-approved apprenticeship program and the ability to obtain a Maryland and Delaware Electrical Journeyperson License
- A minimum of two years' experience working within an industrial environment
- Good working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Ability to read, understand and effectively apply construction drawings, specifications and electrical schematics
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Proficient computer literacy including word processing, working with spreadsheets, processing emails and data entry
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location/office
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must purchase company required personal tools and maintain in good condition
- Ability and willingness to drive company vehicles as needed
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally to jobsites as needed
