The Trustees is seeking a personable and confident Events Lead Closer to join their Visitor Services & Events team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management and a passion for art, nature, and culture.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience working with events and facilitating operations
- Public facing customer service experience is preferred
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Experience with AV systems is preferred
- Ability to respond to escalated situations and behaviors in a calm and rational manner
- Excellent external and internal customer service skills
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Ability to work independently while following policies and directions
