Events & Visitor Services Associate

The Events & Visitor Services Associate will provide superior customer service to visitors at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum. The role involves facilitating initial admission sales, offering information to orient visitors, and supporting public and private events.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience working with events and facilitating operations
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Experience with AV systems is preferred
• Ability to respond to escalated situations and behaviors in a calm and rational manner
• Excellent external and internal customer service skills
• Must be personable and enjoy working with people using patience, courtesy, and kindness
