Requirements
- Vermont Nursing Assistant license
- Previous homecare or facility care desired
- Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with clients who are elderly, ill and/or incapacitated, and to explain/teach basic skills
- Keen observation skills and the ability to report effectively
- Deal calmly and efficiently with emergency situations if necessary
