Job Description
We're looking to expand our team with a detail-oriented creative thinker who enjoys problem solving and creative community collaborations to support families through pregnancy, postpartum and the early childhood years until age 6 in families without medical concerns and up to age 18 in families with children who have medical conditions requiring skilled nursing care.
Requirements
- One to two years of obstetrical nursing experience, experience with assessing patients throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
- Child health nursing experience preferred.
- Human services experience such as collaboration with community providers, service and care coordination.
- Central line experience preferred, will support and train incumbent who expresses willingness to learn.
