Shift Manager

Shift Manager role responsible for planning weekly and daily volumes, maintaining accurate stock files, and leading a team of operatives. Must have previous experience working in a warehouse environment and supervisory or managerial role. Excellent communication skills and ability to make judgmental decisions are required.

• PC literate (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks and to prioritise work of others
• Able to make judgemental decisions regarding safety and operational issues
