Shift Manager

The Shift Manager role is responsible for planning weekly and daily volumes, maintaining accurate stock files, and leading a team of operatives. The role involves leadership, customer liaison, budget management, and health and safety responsibilities.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Previous experience working a Supervisory or Managerial role
• Ability to monitor and improve staff performance against targets in a busy environment
• PC literate (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks and to prioritise work of others
• Able to make judgemental decisions regarding safety and operational issues
