Job Description
Legacy Hospitality is seeking highly experienced managers to join their team. The role involves managing front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, handling liquor/beer/wine inventory, employee scheduling, training, repairs, and food/drink preparation. The goal is to ensure consistent service and a positive guest experience across all establishments.
Requirements
- Servsafe certification for both Chicago and Illinois
- Bachelors degree preferred
- At least 6 years of high volume restaurant management experience
- Organizational skills and cleanliness
- Scheduling skills
