Job Description
We are seeking a OhioRISE CME Care Coordinator to join our team at The Village Network. The ideal candidate will have experience in children's behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related public sector human services or behavioral health care field, providing community-based services to children and youth, and their family or caregivers.
Requirements
- Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) or unlicensed practitioner in accordance with rule 5160-27-01 of the Administrative Code
- High School Diploma/GED with minimum of three years' experience, or Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience, or Master's degree or higher with 1 year of experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas of expertise: family systems, community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling or therapy, child protection, or child development
