Job Description
Join The Washington Post as an Associate Director, Finance, and help deliver high-quality, impactful journalism. Lead the FP&A team, drive financial strategy, and support decision-making. Foster a culture of high standards, and drive growth and innovation in our business.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
- Prior people management experience required (3+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of owning planning processes and influencing business decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights
