Requirements

• Provide enterprise leadership for global accounting operations
• Establish and advance a long-term vision for the controllership function
• Assess, redesign, and modernize accounting processes and operating models
• Operate as a 'player-coach,' moving seamlessly between strategic leadership and hands-on accounting work
• Maintain final accountability for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all internal and external financial reporting
