The Manager, HRIS will oversee and manage the organization's HRIS and related technologies to ensure accurate data, compliant workforce processes, and efficient HR operations. The role will be responsible for leading process improvements, automation, and implementation of new HR technologies, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, HR policies, and data security standards.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of HRIS or IT experience supporting cloud-based HCM systems (UKG preferred)
- Strong experience with system configuration, integrations, reporting, and data management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, UKG BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
