Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a full-time Medical Director to provide primary care services to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), participate in quality initiatives, and supervise staff. This role offers work-life balance, no on-call requirements, and full support from NPs and PAs. The position involves attending monthly quality meetings, reviewing clinical guidelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Requirements
- Attend and participate in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings.
- Review and revise facility’s clinical guidelines.
- Supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants.
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
