Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a physician to serve as a Medical Director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF). The role offers work-life balance with no on-call or weekend responsibilities, along with comprehensive patient care services. The position involves medical direction, quality initiative participation, and collaborative work with NPs and PAs.
Requirements
- Attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings.
- Reviewing and revising facility's clinical guidelines.
- Insuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervising facility clinical staff.
