Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a Physician to serve as a medical director for skilled nursing facilities. This in-person position offers a unique blend of work-life balance, on-call flexibility, comprehensive support, and flexible scheduling. The role involves patient care, administrative/quality initiative participation, and collaborating with NPs and PAs.
Requirements
- Attend and participate in monthly quality assurance meetings.
- Review and revise facility clinical guidelines as needed.
- Supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic diseases.
- Complete documentation in ChartEasyTM system.
- Utilize electronic/online medical tools.
- Participate in chronic care management, transitional care, RPM and other medical initiatives.
