Director, Technical Services

Thinkific is a learning commerce platform that helps learning businesses turn knowledge into impact. The Director, Technical Services will own the strategy and execution for leading three critical functions: Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Launch, to ensure customers' technical success and realization of the full power of the Thinkific platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
• 5 years of leadership experience at a SaaS company
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Technical depth with understanding of SaaS models, APIs, SSO, webhooks, and complex integrations
• Strong communication skills with ability to speak to executive stakeholders and technical individual contributors
