Job Description
We are looking for a Support Engineer who can work with a small, smart, and driven team to keep our customers extremely satisfied. As a Support Engineer, you'll be the technical hub between the customer, the platform, and development, working on the Thinkwise Platform and about 30 custom solutions that are managed under a SLA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and thinking level, preferably in the direction of IT or Software Engineering
- Proven experience with SQL and relational databases (such as SQL Server)
- Experience with ERP solutions and working with core systems
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented way of working
- Affinity with software development and platform technology
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently, but also function well in a team
