Account Manager

Cloudbeds is a revolutionary hospitality technology company seeking an Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hospitality industry experience, strong understanding of hotel operations, and fluency in Spanish. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their 'Success Outcomes'.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hospitality industry experience in key operational roles
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including revenue management, front desk workflows, reporting, and property management systems
• Experience in the LATAM hospitality market with deep knowledge of regional customer needs, expectations, and business practices
• Fluency in Spanish (native or professional proficiency)
• Ability to learn technology platforms quickly and translate technical concepts into practical solutions for hoteliers
• Strong organizational skills and proactive follow-through
