Job Description
ThoughtFull is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia. The role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value enterprise and partnership opportunities, taking full ownership of the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 7-10 year's experience in sales and new business development
- Fluent in English and Chinese to support global stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-growth or startup environment
- Fluent in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) with a strong grasp of sales pipelines and data-driven metrics
