ThoughtFull is hiring a Client Success Manager to simplify mental health for personal and professional growth through every season of life. The role involves building strong rapport with key client stakeholders, owning the client lifecycle, and driving business growth through renewals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client success, account management, change management, or strategic HR
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and detail-oriented
- Proactive, fast learner, and resourceful
