We're looking for an End User Computing Specialist to provide hardware and software support and services to local and remote team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
- Requires 2+ years of related experience.
- Strong ability to think creatively and analytically to troubleshoot, research, develop, and document solutions.
- Proven ability to utilize industry related tools and systems (including but not limited to Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, PC/Apple hardware, printer, ticketing system, Active Directory, Okta, etc.) to accurately process, record, and resolve issues, delivering first class service and support.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Telecom Tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and effectively convey instructions and coordinate projects among teams and/or vendors.
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize according to business needs while remaining detail oriented.
- Developed industry knowledge with an understanding of generally accepted systems technology methodologies and disciplines.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
